its rooms are spotless and well-designed with common bathroom and balcony, as for instance for a really nice stay. the staff is outstandingly accommodating, makes sure that the place is fairly clean.

We were there for 4 days, everything was nice, enjoyed its nice and handy location adjacent to city center, rooms re transport and the metro station and the shops.

We recently stayed at Appia Avenue 639 for a weekend getaway. Miss Alina, the hotel staff, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She surprised me for my birthday, arranged airport transfers, and provided helpful local information. The room was reasonably priced, conveniently located near the metro, and adequate for two people. The responsive staff quickly addressed any concerns we had. We also appreciated the shared bathrooms, which worked well for our group of friends. The rooms were nicely furnished and the breakfast at the bar was great. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing and took care of all our wishes. They were friendly and provided great room service. The hotel's location right next to the metro station made it super easy to get around the city. The cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom was commendable. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and had everything we needed. We also appreciated the fact that there was a kitchen with all the necessary amenities for cooking.

Amazing location with easy access to the city center via the nearby underground station. The room was perfect for two people and the staff was incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved the airport shuttle service and the room amenities like the fridge and microwave. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was delicious and the staff there was very friendly. a fantastic stay with great value for money.

The room at Appia Avenue 639 was awesome! It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay – a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, and even a sink inside the room. I loved the convenience of having these amenities right at my fingertips.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the shared kitchen. It didn't bother me much, but I would have preferred a private kitchenette.

Loved the 5-minute walk to the Metro stop, where I could easily explore Rome and its attractions. The free breakfast was a great start to the day, and the free WiFi kept me connected.
